With offices in the UK, the U.S. and Canada, Totex Infrastructure Partners is newly formed partnership established by industry leaders from the areas of C-Level utility management, infrastructure finance, M&A, construction & engineering, asset management, risk mitigation, investment planning & modelling, regulatory business plan development & negotiation, pension fund strategies, and Totex (capital, maintenance and operations) investment planning and minimization.  We provide strategic advisory services to the largest global investors of infrastructure assets. 

Our principal focus is to help generate incremental cash flow by analyzing and developing “transformational” asset-level investment plans to minimize Totex capital investments while maintaining an acceptable level of risk.  Our management team has been involved with billions of dollars of acquisitions, hundreds of construction projects and billions of dollars of Totex planning for some of the largest global utilities.

Our strategic advisory services provides the acquirer with deep insight and transparency into physical infrastructure assets and ensures the development of the proper acquisition price.  We continue to provide strategic advice post-acquisition to ensure subsequent work plans and partnerships are in place to increase cash flow.
